Printing PET film for T-shirts
The transparent layer is mainly the bottom film, which is a transparent film, which is the carrier of release agent, ink and glue. It requires temperature and pressure resistance and good stability. The bottom film is generally made of PET, which has the characteristics of good stability, uniform tension, and good heat and pressure resistance.
Why choose PET film?
Silicone Oil - This is the main reason we choose PET film. Most of the transfer film on the market is made of PE (wax-containing) film, which is low in cost and unstable in effect. Its temperature resistance is generally 60°. The material we choose is PET release film containing silicon grade, high cost, has excellent high temperature resistance, and the service temperature can be above 100°.PE is softer and PET is harder; when you shake it, PE has no sound, but PET has sound; the tensile strength of PE is not as good as that of PET, and the surface of single-sided or double-sided coated materials is smooth, uniform, free of wrinkles and bubbles.The effect of printing on the carrier is clear and non-shedding.

Cold tear or hot peel?
Our DTF film is great for both, but cold peel works better. Works on white and dark colors and most fabrics including cotton t-shirts, felt, denim, leather, polyester and blends, spandex, canvas, nylon, silk and more!
